ITV Emmerdale fans have been sharing their feelings after Eric was seen clinging on to Caleb's arm for support in the latest episode of the show.

Eric - played by "incredible" actor Chris Chittell - was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease a while back, and has been struggling with the symptoms ever since. In more recent episodes, Eric has been feuding with Caleb over his recent business project, particularly with trucks driving up and down his road.

However, it the most recent episode Brenda received a call from Eric, but assumed it was an accidental dial. When Tracy said Eric had not showed up at the shop for his shift, she became concerned.
