ITV Emmerdale fans say 'right in the feels' as Tom King finally brought down

Emmerdale fans are celebrating as Tom King is finally punished for his crimes towards his estranged wife Belle Dingle.

In tonight's episode on ITV, fans were quick to take to social media during and after the show to share the relief of Belle finally being freed from her abusive controlling ex-husband after following her bumpy journey for several months.

Many felt they could finally breathe a sigh of relief after tonight's episode as this time when Tom was questioned by police - he was finally charged and would not be returning back to the village looking smug.

As well as finally getting the result audiences have been waiting for, one other highlight for many viewers was that Belle was told by PC Foy in front of Amelia, Tom's former partner who had been by his side during the investigation until today where she realised his true nature when he stole and gave her Belle's jumper.
