ITV Emmerdale fans 'work out' who is set to die next week
Following tragic scenes aired on Emmerdale last night, viewers claim they've 'worked out' who is set to be killed off in the ITV soap. Ahead of a dramatic twist next week, a disastrous night will see a heart-stopping storyline emerge.
With Liam and Kerry in separate limos, Liam on a lads night out in a limousine being driven by Caleb, and an excited Kerry out with the girls in a limo being driven by Charity. But dramatic scenes will see one of the cars crash into a frozen lake, with a character trapped beneath the ice.
Earlier in the week Cain will come to a surprising revelation about his relationship with Ruby. When Cain lies about his interactions with Ruby, Caleb’s theory is confirmed, and a furious Caleb is determined to get revenge.

As the night out gets underway, both limo drivers are distracted after a huge row breaks out, and the two limos separately swerve off the road in unrelated accidents to each other. However, after Wednesday's (February 5) episode of Emmerdale, fans are convinced they know who is trapped under the icy lake.
Leeds Live reports that fans reckon the hand under the lake is none other than Cain. Cain, played by actor Jeff Hordley, has been a staple on the soap for 25 years - making his debut in 2000. As the troublemaking village lothario, Cain has become a firm favourite with fans over the years.
Sharing their theories online, fans pointed out how the hand in the lake appears to have a wedding ring and a bracelet on. And last week, Cain was given a bracelet by Frankie Robinson.
One said: “I’m guessing it will be Cain under the ice. We know it’s a male with a wedding ring and they are wearing a bracelet. Frankie gave Cain a bracelet that she made,” on an Emmerdale Facebook fan page.
Other fans agreed as a second viewer pointed out: “Cain wears a silvery metal coloured ring… the hand under the ice was a similar colour and width also the shape of the fingers on the hand looks very much like Cain’s unfortunately.” A third chimed in: “You could be onto something but I really don’t want him to die!” A fourth also wrote: “I’m pretty sure it’s Cain too.”
Elsewhere in the village on Wednesday, viewers saw April Windsor in hospital after giving birth to a baby which was stillborn. The 16 year old went missing on Christmas day, but a standalone episode aired on Tuesday February 4 showed fans exactly what happened to her after she fled the village. Emmerdale airs weeknights on ITV1 and ITVX at 7.30pm
