ITV Emmerdale Mack's downfall 'sealed' after vital mistake following money twist
Emmerdale viewers are convinced they've rumbled Mackenzie Boyd's downfall after Thursday night's money twist.
Earlier this week, Jade threatened Ross Barton into agreeing to a rematch with Billy Fletcher, revealing she was going to threaten Billy's family too.
Billy tried to warn Ross that he couldn't do the rematch but Ross reminded him of Jade's threats against both of their families. After fearing Clemmie and Lucas were missing due to Jade, Billy ended up confessing to Dawn about his secret side hustle.
Thankfully the kids returned and had just been playing in the village but Dawn wanted to know exactly what Billy had been up to. Dawn decided to organise a fix during the fight so nobody would get hurt but Billy refused to be beaten by a smug Ross.

Later in the week, Ross was forced to go along when Jade demanded that they use Butlers Barn as the venue for the fight. Fearing things could go wrong, Mackenzie recruited Aaron Dingle to help him.
However, just as the fight got underway, John Sugden was quick to show up, warning that the police were on the way as the event was called to a halt. Jade and her gang were quick to escape the barn to which Mackenzie helped to get everyone out, where he managed to swipe Jade's bag full of all the bet money and later in the episode he smugly looked at the cash.
Yet due to Mackenzie stealing the money, Aaron Dingle collapsed after being punched by one of Jade's cronies who accused him of having the money,
While on Friday, Jade accused both Ross and Billy of taking the cash, where she even attacked Ross before threatening Billy.
Taking to Twitter, now X, viewers were quick to predict Mackenzie's downfall as one person said: "Surely the police will know about the live feed where you can see Mack quite clearly … proving he’s a liar #emmerdale".
Meanwhile, a different account wrote: "Oh Mack I wouldn’t be smug for too long hun…karma is a b***h! #Emmerdale", another put: "jade knows her money is missing! her going after mackenzie looms #Emmerdale" while a different viewer added: "looking forward to the police discovering mackenzie’s involvement and him stealing/hiding the money #Emmerdale."
Emmerdale airs weeknights at 7:30pm on ITV1 and ITVX, with an hour-long episode on Thursdays.
