ITV I'm A Celeb fans fear star could 'quit' amid 'upsetting' news from Ant and Dec

Tears were flowing during the new series of I'm A Celebrity as one campmate was given some big news. Fans of the ITV show have predicted an early exit for GK Barry after she was dealt a huge blow from hosts Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly.

The first show of the latest series concluded with the TikTok star being told she'd be the first to face a solo trial. The influencer, will take on Vile Volcano, after receiving the most public votes - and the news didn't go down too well.

GK, real name Grace, burst into tears when she learned the upsetting news, and was comforted by her Loose Women co-star Jane Moore, the Mirror reports. As Ant and Dec left camp she was shown tearfully asking her new famous pals what she would be up against.

Her reaction has sparked some viewers to plead with bosses to change the show going forward as they fear GK Barry could be voted for every trial going forward. Taking to X, fans called for a new rule to be introduced, which made stars exempt from a trial after doing one.

"We beg you please let this be the year that you finally listen to us and make it so it's not the same person shouting in every trial every night it's not actually entertaining," wrote one. A second said: "Y'all best not vote GK Barry for every trial like you did Nella Rose."

Some believed GK Barry would not last long in the jungle, one fan said: "GK Barry won’t survive 48 hours the rate she’s going." Agreeing with them, another chipped in: "Either GK Barry or Colleen will walk out week one trust me," as a third wrote: "GK Barry isn’t gonna last two days."
