ITV I'm A Celebrity fans say 'she knows' as they spot move between Coleen Rooney and Dean McCullough

Fans of I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! have spotted a telling move between Coleen Rooney and Dean McCullough. It follows a Bushtucker trial undertaken by the pair on Sunday night's show (November 24).

The trial saw Coleen trapped in a box in the back of a car which was filled with cockroaches, crickets, giant mealworms and rats. BBC Radio 1 presenter Dean had to rummage through a garage area which was filled with fish guts and creepy crawlies to find tools which he would pass to Coleen so she could unlock the stars in the box.

The duo worked together to collect the stars, with presenters Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly branding Coleen as "very calm, very quiet, you just got on with it". Veteran WAG Coleen said: "That is my way of coping, silence, the silent treatment," before revealing they earned nine out of 12 stars for camp.

Ant and Dec confirmed who would be competing in Monday's (November 25) Bushtucker Trial later in the ITV episode. They shared that it would be Dean once again, leaving him upset, Manchester Evening News reports.

The trial - named 'Jack and the Screamstalk' - then became a topic of conversation between the campmates. Coleen told Dean it would be related to heights and said: "You said crossing that bridge that heights don't bother you."

Tulisa added: "I know it's heights because it's what I'm medically exempt from."

But it was Coleen's comments that sparked I'm A Celeb viewers' attention as they noticed how she was quick to remind Dean that he said he wasn't afraid of heights. @FfionWeston21 said: "Dean would have definitely faked being scared of heights if Coleen didn’t shout 'Yesterday on the bridge you said heights don’t bother you Dean'. She knows his damsel in distress bit is fake. #ImACeleb."

@AshSRRose commented: "Anyone notice Deans face when given the trial then when Coleen revealed he said he wasn’t scared of heights he had to stop pretending to be scared #ImACeleb."
