ITV I'm A Celebrity flooded with criticism as fans 'hate' the 'weird' change they have noticed
I'm A Celebrity kicked off yesterday, November 17, with a star studded line-up heading into the Australian jungle. The opening show began in the usual style with famous faces being introduced. There was no time for the celebrities to get acquainted as they were swiftly faced with a trial.
Oti Mabuse, Tulisa Contostavlos, Dean McCullough, Jane Moore and Danny Jones all had to take on a very early drinking challenge to determine the order in which they would be leaping from helicopters to meet the remaining celebs. The quicker a celebrity finished their drink the better chance they had of choosing their desired partner.

It was McFly's Danny who finished his drink first, followed by Tulisa, Jane, Dean and then Oti. Once the celebrities had all paired up and finished their race to camp, viewers were taken aback by a 'weird' difference to this year's campmates.
Contestants in previous years can usually be seen sporting phone numbers on the back of their tops but some viewers have noticed this is no longer the case. This year contestants have their full names printed on their camp uniform with the traditional phone number ditched.
One fan took to X, formerly known as Twitter to voice their concerns. @Samgardiner29 said: "Feels weird that no one has a phone number on their back this year" another added "All of the t-shirts having full government names on the back rather than their first names and a phone number is sending me."
A further concerned fan said: "They better not rob us of the classic “call the…short number!” others said "no phone lines to vote this year then I'm gonna miss hearing “The short number” being said" and "hate that they have their full name on the back of their shirts and no number to call it looks stupid."
In tonight's episode, internet personality GK Barry will take on the 'Vile Volcano' Bushtucker trial in a bid to win stars for camp. Upon finding out she had been chosen for the trial, she shouted: "I'm going to die" after the results of the first public vote were announced.
Giving her a huge hug, Loose Women star, Jane Moore, said: "You can do this. Just focus. Focus." However, clearly overwhelmed at the thought of tackling Vile Volcano, GK admitted: "I don't know why I'm crying."
