ITV I'm A Celeb's Coleen Rooney 'gutted' as husband Wayne won't meet her on bridge for 'desperate' reason
I'm A Celeb star Coleen Rooney is reportedly 'gutted' as it was revealed her husband Wayne won't meet her on the bridge when she exits the show. Football legend Wayne won't be able to fly out to Australia to support his wife after her stint on the show.
It has been revealed that he won't be able to make it due to his packed football schedule. His Plymouth Argyle team, currently struggling, have four matches in 16 days during the Aussie jungle show's run.
The show kicks off this Sunday and wraps up on December 8. Plymouth has games scheduled for November 22, 26, and 30, as well as December 7, 10, and 14.

Wayne, 39, who became manager this summer, is eager to string together a good set of results before Christmas. An insider told The Sun: "Coleen will be gutted Wayne can't get out there to meet her, but she understands how demanding his job is.
"He's desperate to string a decent set of results together before Christmas. He and Coleen have been living miles apart for months so that will have prepared them for the separation."
Coleen, 38, a mother of four, may be met by her best friend Claire Rooney - Wayne's cousin - or her parents Colette and Tony. It's rumoured that Coleen commanded the highest fee in I am a Celeb history for participating in the ITV reality show - a paycheck reportedly exceeding a million pounds.
Last week, it was disclosed that Coleen had been ruled out of some I'm A Celeb challenges due to her reactive arthritis. The bookies at Ladbrookes say the 38 year old has decidedly fallen out of favour.
She had been marked as the jungle favourite to win, but her odds have now been drastically cut down to 10/1, with other celebs including Maura Higgins surpassing her in the popularity stakes. McFly's Danny Jones is listed with odds of 5/2, Corrie star Alan Halsall is looking promising with 5/1 and Irish reality star Maura Higgins is given odds of 6/1.
