ITV My Mum, Your Dad 2023 couples who are still together and what they're doing now
My Mum, Your dad has returned to our screens with a fresh batch of single parents seeking another shot at love. The first series of this ITV dating show aired in 2023 and quickly became a hit with viewers.
Presented by Davina McCall, My Mum, Your dad features middle-aged single parents cohabiting in a luxury retreat as they get acquainted, while their offspring observe their every move from a hidden location.
Love did indeed bloom for some participants during the inaugural series of My Mum, Your Dad, with three pairs exiting the retreat as couples. Roger and Janey, Natalie and Paul, and Elliott and Sharon all found romance, reports the Mirror.
A year after their stint on the ITV programme, Roger and Janey are the only couple who are still together. Roger, aged 59, touched the hearts of viewers when he shared his grief over the loss of his beloved wife to cancer on My Mum, Your dad. His eldest daughter Jess, 29, put him forward for the dating show in hopes of helping him find love once more.

Jess' efforts were not in vain, as Roger fell for Janey, 48, on MMYD. The mother-of-one appeared on the show alongside her son Will, 19. Roger and Janey's relationship has continued to flourish, with the couple frequently going on holiday together and visiting each other.
Roger and Janey, who celebrated their one-year anniversary in May, have been hinting at a potential future move-in together. The couple has also teamed up professionally, securing a regular slot on This Morning to share their travel experiences.
In an interview with OK! , Roger shared his thoughts on their living arrangements: "We'll probably move in together at some point but, right now, the dynamic is working for us, especially while our family is spread across different locations."
Sharon and Elliott's romance blossomed during the first series of My Mum, Your Dad, where they appeared alongside their children Zachary and Tia. Their relationship continued off-screen, much to the delight of fans who followed their journey through affectionate Instagram posts.
Despite enjoying days out and family time together, the couple eventually split, as reported in November, with Elliott confirming the breakup. Both appear to remain single, actively engaging with their social media followers.
Natalie and Paul, another couple from My Mum, Your Dad, stayed together until the show's conclusion, with many fans hoping they would continue their relationship. However, after the final episode aired, they announced their separation.
On their social media platforms, Natalie and Paul expressed gratitude to their followers: "Firstly just wanted to say thank you for the overwhelming support from everyone who has watched the show and how invested you have been with our journey. It was an incredible experience and one that we will be forever grateful for taking part in.
"Nat and I had an incredible experience in the retreat and loved every moment, we continued that connection over the summer and had some great times together. Unfortunately in early August we decided to call a day on the relationship. We are both still friends and wish each other the best. Thank you for your continued support and we're very thankful to @davinamccall @itv @mymumyourdaduk for all we gained from the experience."
