ITV star Laura Woods gives birth to first child with fiance Adam Collard and shares sweet name

TV presenter Laura Woods and her fiancé Adam Collard have announced the arrival of their first child. The couple have welcomed a baby boy.

Adam shared the news on Instagram, posting a photo of their newborn and revealing his name in the caption. he wrote: "Leo Ernie Collard, our boy," accompanied by a heart emoji.

The couple, who got engaged in September last year, had previously confirmed they were expecting a baby in 2025. The post included adorable photos of Leo with his parents, prompting a flood of congratulatory messages from fans on Instagram.

One wrote: "Congratulations to yous both! Yous are going to make the most incredible parents." A second added: "Congratulations to you both. Just beautiful."

Laura and Adam went public with their relationship in October 2023. Laura had revealed that she discovered she was pregnant while covering Euro 2024 for ITV, but chose to keep the news private from her colleagues and fans.

In an interview with The Times, she recalled struggling with morning sickness and exhaustion, saying: "It was constant, the morning sickness was quite difficult to battle and I was exhausted all the time. It didn't matter how much sleep you actually got, you'd still be knackered. At least there were rest days when I was able to just chill out in my [hotel] room."

Laura admitted that she would have liked to keep the news quiet for longer, but felt relieved after sharing it publicly. Woods, 37, is the lead presenter for TNT Sports, while Collard, 29, gained popularity after his appearance on Love Island in 2018.

He made a comeback to the show in 2022 as a 'bombshell'. Prior to finding love with Woods, he also featured on Celebs Go Dating.
