Karl comes to visit Izzy, needing to pick up some paperwork. Izzy encourages him to stay, as there's something she needs to talk to him about.
Finally revealing why she's back, Izzy tells Karl that she's decided she wants another baby – and she wants him to be the father.
Meanwhile, Aaron and Mark are alarmed when Tyler tells them that Banks will be getting out of solitary tomorrow. They all know this means Tyler's life is in danger, so Mark insists they talk to Toadie about arranging a transfer to another prison. However, Tyler doesn't want to be moved away from his family.
Stressing for their little brother, Aaron and Mark make contact with Adrian in the hope that they can talk him into keeping Banks in check. Adrian suggests the Brennans can finish the job that Tyler never got to complete – organising a getaway car for Banks.
Ben is astounded when he later finds Aaron preparing to comply with Adrian's demands. He promptly goes to visit Tyler, insisting he should take a transfer to another jail. Tyler is shocked to learn the lengths Aaron has gone to in order to keep him safe.
Elsewhere, Paige thinks Mark is keeping his distance from her amid his family crisis. Jack manages to say exactly the right thing in order to reassure Paige. It seems he's the only one who's able to lift her spirits.
