Jack Tweed has recalled the last time he saw his late wife Jade Goody in a heartfelt series of posts to mark the 13th anniversary of her death.

Goody, who found fame on Big Brother in 2002, passed away from cervical cancer in 2009 at the age of 27.

TV personality Tweed, 34, shared throwback pictures of himself and the late reality star on his Instagram stories on Tuesday, 22 March as he encouraged followers to get regular smear tests.

Sharing a picture of her to his Instagram stories, he wrote: “There's birth and there's death but life is eternal. Energy cannot be created nor destroyed.

“She's left her human form. She's home. That's the way it goes. God bless her, my nan and my brother.”

Goody first appeared on the reality show in 2002, while she went on to appear in a series of her own reality shows.

She entered the Celebrity Big Brother house in 2007 where she — along with fellow contestants Danielle Lloyd and Jo O'Meara — was accused of being racist toward Bollywood actor Shilpa Shetty.

The reality star featured on Bigg Boss, the Indian version of Big Brother, the following year. She withdrew from the competition days into the programme after learning of her cancer diagnosis.

Goody also shares younger son, 17-year-old Freddie, with Jeff, who she split from while she was still pregnant with her second child.
