New James Bond 25 film: Latest 007 cast news with Rami Malek and Ana De Armas​ set to star

The wait is over. The cast of Bond 25 has been revealed, with Rami Malek confirmed to play Bond's nemesis.

Director Cary Joji Fukunaga announced the line-up in a live Q&A from Ian Fleming's home in Jamaica on Thursday afternoon.

Daniel Craig will reprise his role as the titular spy, with Ben Whishaw and Ralph Fiennes returning as Q and M respectively. Naomie Harris will play Eve Moneypenny while Lea Seydoux will reprise her role as Dr Madeline Swann. Actor Jeffrey Wright will return as Felix Leiter for the first time since Quantum of Solace.

Malek revealed he will play the villain after months of speculation. In a video message he told fans: "I promise you all I will be making sure Mr Bond does not get an easy ride of this."

David Dencik, Ana De Armas, Billy Magnussen, Dali Benssalah will make their debuts.
