Jamie Lynn Spears and Brexit Mastermind Among Stars Facing Off in U.K.'s “I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here!”
Ten stars will "spend up to three weeks taking on the Australian jungle" during season 23 of the British reality series
Jamie Lynn Spears has found her next dose of reality.
The recent Dancing with the Stars competitor is joining Brexit architect Nigel Farage and eight British notables on the latest edition of the long-running U.K. competition show I’m a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! have been unveiled and viewers will see them battle it out for the title of King or Queen of the Jungle on Sunday's season 23 premiere.
Hosted by the iconic British duo Ant & Dec (a.k.a. Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly), the ITV show will see 10 stars “leave their plush pads and luxuries far behind as they spend up to three weeks taking on the Australian jungle with a whole host of surprises created just for them,” according to an ITV press release.

The Zoey 101 alum said in the release that she's both "wildly excited and nervous" to conquer her fear of all critters that crawl given that “I am absolutely frightened of everything.”
The 32-year-old Sweet Magnolias actress also said she believes “this is a nice chance to show who I really am. There is literally every misconception you can have on a person about me so I don’t take any of it seriously.”
Farage — a former member of the British Parliament who led the movement for Britain to exit the European Union — also wants to shed the public’s misconceptions that he is “mean-spirited” and "nasty," according to the ITV release.
The GB News host, 59, explained of his participation in the show that "it’s such a mental test and maybe I will discover who I really am.”

American viewers might also recognize First Dates maître d' Fred Sirieix and Made in Chelsea alum Sam Thompson among the competitors.
Other cast members include YouTuber Nella Rose, ITV’s This Morning host Josie Gibson, food critic Grace Dent, pop star and TV presenter Marvin Humes, EastEnders star Danielle Harold and Hollyoaks star Nick Pickard.
