Jenna Ortega is once again showing her stripes as a fan of the original Beetlejuice.

The 21-year-old actress, who stars in the highly anticipated sequel Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice as Lydia Deetz's daughter, has been putting her own spin on method dressing throughout the movie's press tour.

On Tuesday, Aug. 27, Ortega arrived in Italy ahead of the 81st Venice International Film Festival in another look that nodded to the original film. The star was spotted in an black and white plaid blazer over a red top, which she paired with a pleated khaki Sans Faff mini skirt. She accessorized with a large black crossbody bag from Tod's, maroon Jimmy Choo loafers, half crew socks and Garrett Leight sunglasses.

As fans of the original Beetlejuice might be able to tell, Ortega's look draws inspiration from Alec Baldwin's role as Adam Maitland in the 1988 film. As Adam, Baldwin wears a black and white checkered shirt with a red t-shirt underneath as well as khaki trousers.
