The Morning Show season 2 filming is underway, and Jennifer Aniston has gotten her hair done in order to reprise the role of television host Alex Levy.

The Friends actress shared two photos of herself in her dressing room, sporting hair that's much lighter and blonder than it was before.

"Aaand, we’re back..." she wrote on her Instagram, while famous friends like Julianne Moore, Gwyneth Paltrow and Jennifer Garner all commented.

Her former Friends co-star Courteney Cox also shared her thoughts, calling Jen "gorgeous", while fellow The Morning Show lead Reese Witherspoon shared her excitement by writing: "YES WE ARE!!"

When season 1 of The Morning Show premiered on Apple TV+ in 2019, it got some very mixed reviews.

One of the most scathing reviews called it "brutally dull", which director Mimi Leder put down to people wanting to see the tech company's attempts at a streaming service fail. Our Digital Spy review believed it fumbled its most important theme.

Despite that, the show has become a fan-favourite, receiving a very high audience score on Rotten Tomatoes and being renewed for this second run of episodes.

We don't know too much about what the second season will be about, but a few new cast members have been added.

Russian Doll star Greta Lee will be playing a young, ambitious leader of an online media company that caters to a millennial and Gen Z audience', and Delicious' Ruairi O'Connor has joined the cast as YouTuber Ty Fitzgerald.

The Morning Show is expected to return to Apple TV+ for season 2 later this year.
