Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are continuing to celebrate her 52nd birthday in style with a glitzy dinner during their south of France getaway.

The newly-reunited couple spent Sunday evening at L'Opéra restaurant in Saint-Tropez, snuggling up together as fans took photographs before being caught by security.

Birthday girl Lopez beamed as a cake covered in sparklers was delivered to the table, as they were joined by pals on their special night.

Affleck had his arm loosely over her shoulders as he sat next to her.

After finally confirming they were back on, 17 years after their initial break-up, the couple are now embracing being back in the public eye.

Their date night comes just days after Lopez shared a photograph of them kissing as part of a post celebrating her birthday.

They were later spotted sunbathing on a mega-yacht, seemingly recreated a similar scene from Lopez’s Jenny From The Block music video, where Affleck rubbed her upper-thigh as they lay next to each other.

Dubbed ‘Bennifer’ by fans, Lopez and Affleck first met on the set of their 2001 box office flop, Gigli, becoming a Hollywood power couple as their respective fame began to rise.

However, after getting engaged in November 2002, the pair called off their wedding by September 2003, citing the heavy media attention for wanting to postpone.

But months later, in January 2004, they decided to split completely, with no reason being given.

Affleck went on to marry Jennifer Garner in 2005, having two daughters, Serafina and Violet, and son Samuel before they divorced in 2018.

Most recently he was connected to Knives Out actress Ana De Armas, dating from early 2020 before splitting in 2021.

Lopez married Marc Anthony in 2004, and together they share twins Emme and Max.

In 2019, she got engaged to baseball star Alex ‘A-Rod’ Rodriguez, but the pair split in May 2021 after four years together.

Rumours she had reconciled with Affleck started shortly after in June.
