Jenrick on why ministers should be exempt from isolation

Communities Secretary Robert Jenrick has said that Boris Johnson and Rishi Sunak would not need to self-isolate after being in contact with Sajid Javid, who tested positive for Covid-19, because of a pilot scheme designed to replace self-isolation with regular testing. Mr Jenrick said the scheme is "long standing and well known" and is used across a range of sectors including Downing Street.
