Jerry Seinfeld has become the latest comedian to get a Netflix special.

Jerry Before Seinfeld will hit Netflix on September 19 with the hour-long special featuring previously unreleased material, alongside a performance at the Comic Strip in New York City.

The performance sees Seinfeld telling "the jokes that put him on the comedy map", while the Netflix special will also feature his childhood and a whole host of material he's written since way back in 1975.

Easy, easy, easy…

You can get a taste of the special in some videos that have been posted on Netflix Comedy's Instagram.

Jerry Before Seinfeld won't be the only bit of Seinfeld we're getting on Netflix, as his deal with the streaming giant includes new episodes of web series Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee.

Socks hate their lives, we know that.

And we'll also be getting another special at some point in the future so there will be plenty of Seinfeld goodness on Netflix, and rightly so.

Maybe the next special will see him joke about that super awkward moment with Kesha earlier this year when she tried to hug him at an event, only for Seinfeld to squirm out of it.

"I'm Kesha! I love you so much, can I give you a hug?," she asked, before not taking no for an answer and trying anyway.

Rewatch it in all its cringeworthy glory below.
