Jessica Alba's daughter is officially on the road — and she's loving the freedom.

The actress and mom of three, 43, appeared on Today to promote season 2 of her Roku series Honest Renovations on Wednesday, Aug. 21, spoke about how she's taking a more "hands-on" approach with her kids after stepping down from her role as chief creative officer at The Honest Company.

"I'm so excited about the next stage for Honest. But for myself, how am I going to reimagine and reinvent who I am and who I want to be in the world," Alba said of her decision. "So I'm taking a more hands-on approach with my kids, because I worked so much during their childhood. And I have a 16-year-old."
