Jessie J Won’t Return To Coach On The Voice UK

Jessie J has revealed that she won’t be part of the coaching line-up when The Voice UK premieres on ITV next year.

Will.i.am is the only coach to be confirmed for the next series, though there are more rumours than we’ve had hot dinners floating around.

Emma Willis will be back to host the show, though she won’t be joined by Marvin Humes this time.

While there’s speculation that Sir Tom Jones could make his big comeback, Jessie J has ruled herself out of the running.

She told PA: “I want to get back to music and The Voice takes up a lot of time. I’ve loved doing it. I’ve done four series now - two in the UK, two in Australia.

“I’ll always be a supporter of the show and I’d love to go on and sing but I have to get back to music and get back to touring because that’s really who I am and what I do.”

She said that she specifically won’t appear on The Voice UK ‘any time soon’, but added: “Change is great.

“The BBC had an amazing run with The Voice. I’m sure ITV are going to have some changes and it will be only positive.”
