Ronnie Wood’s ex had been soaking up the son in Murcia over the bank holiday weekend and was due to return from her jollies on Tuesday night.

But she was left upset at the end of her short getaway when she was booted off an overbooked flight, due to jet back to London Gatwick Airport.

Jo, 62, took to Twitter to vent her frustrations over the budget airline leaving her without a seat.

The beauty brand founder posted a selfie showing a queue of holidaymakers behind her, and wrote: “Thrown off of easy jet because they over book. [sic]”

Referencing the recent United Airlines fiasco, whereby a passenger was forcibly removed from his flight after refusing to give up his seat, she added: “At least I wasn’t dragged off.”

She then snapped another photo of herself with a disappointed look on her face, holding up a newspaper article reporting a similar incident.

The mum-of-three captioned the pic: “@easyjet so I’m not the only one to have my sear given away …trying to get home!”

In response, an easyJet spokesman said: “We were sorry to hear of Ms Wood’s experience and would like to sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by the overbooking of her flight from Murcia to London Gatwick.

“Whilst there was one seat available, we understand that she wanted to fly with her travel companion.

“Unfortunately, it was not possible to get them on an alternative easyJet flight that evening and Ms Wood made alternative arrangements to travel back to the UK.

“A member of our customer services team has been in touch with Ms Wood directly to reimburse her for these costs and to compensate her in line with EU261.”

Phew – we suggest taking another holiday to get over the last one!
