Joe Wicks has swapped shirtless photos for snaps of his cosy family life.

The star has never been shy about taking his top off making his name sharing nutrition and exercise advice as The Body Coach, and has amassed an army of female fans.

But it seems those days might be behind him.

He said: “I used to get that in the early days. But back then on every shoot it would be like, ‘Right, get a broccoli in your hand, shirt off, oiled up'.”

The star now tends to keep his shirt on and likes to show his Instagram followers pictures of his wife Rosie and their children, three-year-old daughter Indie and son Marley, one.

“People say they love seeing our family together instead,” said the fitness guru.

“I like showing my family. It shows you can be really busy and have a successful career but be there at key times in the day.”

During the coronavirus lockdowns, Wicks charmed the nation by becoming a PE teacher to all the children off school and he went on to raise more than a million for Children In Need with a gruelling 24-hour exercise marathon.
