Joey Essex has revealed the first glimpse of her forthcoming calendar.

The TOWIE star is set to release his 2017 calendar just in time for Christmas and judging by these snaps, he’s been putting a fair bit of time in down the gym.
The 26-year-old can be seen shirtless and giving his best blue steel for the camera in the shots first released this morning.

Speaking about getting in shape, Joey has said in the past: “I eat clean, and stick naturally to a healthy diet. But P.S, I do like a biscuit.”
He recently shared a video of his hardcore gym routine in which he could be seen working his way through press-ups, sit-ups and pull-ups – before showing off some fancy footwork with a skipping rope.

The TV star is currently single, saying during an appearance on Lorraine that rumours he was still coupled up with Made in Chelsea star Stephanie Pratt were false.
Joey admitted: “I’m single now.”
“That ship has sort of sailed, I’m on the market, back on the market now.
“It’s hard to have a relationship, but it is what it is,“ he added.

Previously, Stephanie had gushed about Joey, saying that she ‘just knew’ she wanted to be with him.
"He’s been the first boyfriend I have been with that hasn’t hinted at me to change, which is a real big thing,” she said in September. “I just know I want to be with him.”
