Boris Johnson apologises to Israeli Energy Minister Karine Elharrar who was unable to participate in the first full day of COP26 on Monday because of a disability access issue. Speaking to her at a bilateral meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett, he say he is "very sorry" about the "confusion" on the previous day.
