Prime Minister Boris Johnson asks Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer why "unaccountably" he has not invited his deputy leader Angela Rayner to his Xmas party. He argues "all guidance was followed" last year at Downing Street in relation to social gatherings and Starmer should do the same.
