Jon Stewart Dropped An F-Bomb In Response To This Debate Moment That Left Him Utterly Shocked

Jon Stewart and The Daily Show went live after Tuesday night's debate between Vice President Kamala Harris and former president Donald Trump, and the host wasted no time highlighting the alarming difference in the candidates' argument tactics.

"Ladies and gentlemen, I just want to say, after surviving the PTSD of the last presidential debate, how unbelievably refreshing it is to go back to the same old 'nobody's gonna answer any fucking questions.' This is unbelievable," Jon said. "We're back! America's back!"

Stewart took particular aim with Trump's claims. Specifically, the former president said during the debate that "Democrats, Republicans, and everybody else, and every legal scholar" were in favor of abortion rights being turned over to the states and Roe v. Wade being overturned by the Supreme Court.

Jon called Trump's answer "insanely false" and clarified that Harris "crushed" her response to the former president's claims.

During the debate, Harris said, "I have talked with women around our country. You wanna talk about this is what people wanted? Pregnant women who want to carry a pregnancy to term, suffering from a miscarriage, being denied care in an emergency room because the health care providers are afraid they might go to jail, and she's bleeding out in a car in the parking lot? She didn't want that."

"Holy shit," Jon said in response to Harris's rebuttal. "She crushed that!"

Stewart also highlighted the moment when Trump was asked why he killed the bipartisan immigration bill during his presidency. The former president responded by continuing to make false claims, and Jon's reaction was priceless.

During his response to the question about the bill, Trump claimed the nation was failing, and said, "In Springfield, they're eating the dogs. The people that came in. They're eating the cats. They're eating the pets of people that live there."

The Daily Show host's facial expressions spoke volumes.

Jon was floored by his answer. "What the fuck just happened?"

It's the face of complete and utter disbelief.

Based on people's reactions, the internet truly appreciated Jon's unfiltered response.

"What I find most admirable in Jon is his ability to toe the line between comical lightheartedness and seething rage to drive a point home. Thank you, sir," one user wrote.
