Joshua Tree National Park Reopens After Snow Prompts Closure

Joshua Tree National Park in southern California reopened on Thursday, March 2, after being closed due to rare bout of snow snow the previous day, according to the National Park Service (NPS).

Campgrounds and hiking trails were available to visitors after the reopening, but some dirt roads remained closed, park officials said.
