Jude Law recreates iconic The Holiday scene during reunion
Jude Law has recreated an iconic scene from The Holiday during a reunion with the film's director Nancy Meyers.
The beloved 2006 rom-com followed journalist Iris (Kate Winslet) and film producer Amanda (Cameron Diaz), who arrange a home exchange from opposite sides of the Atlantic Ocean, in an effort to escape their heartbreak during the festive season.
Law notably played Iris's brother Graham, who falls in love with Amanda when she swaps the sunshine of Los Angeles for the quiet English countryside.
After the actor was awarded a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Thursday (December 12), Meyers took to Instagram to share a clip of their celebratory lunch.

"Look who I'm having lunch with today – Jude Law! Congratulations on your so well deserved star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, that's amazing," she said in the video.
"I don't think I've seen you since we wrapped The Holiday. Speaking of which, I've seen you interviewed a lot and they keep asking you if there's going to be a sequel. What do you think?"
While contemplating the question, Law let out a loud sigh, before placing a napkin and glasses on his head, reminiscent of the film's hilarious Mr Napkin Head scene.

Fans quickly took to the comments section to share their delight at the gesture, while others urged Meyers to finally consider making a sequel.
"Do not play with our feelings like this, Nancy! What do you mean a sequel to The Holiday? Give it to us already, we beg you!" one person wrote.
"Just casually breaking the internet," another added, while a third said: "We really all need this... It's time. I listen to the soundtrack all the time when I'm working... just fabulous."

A fourth fan echoed the sentiment, writing: "Please please please let there be a sequel."
Law previously addressed the possibility of a sequel at the Tribeca Festival in June, where he revealed that he was fond of the idea.
The actor also shared how he thought his character would be getting on now with two adult children.
"I love the idea," he told E! News . "I think Graham still has cardigans and glasses, and reads. He's probably worried sick about the girls, right?"
The Holiday is streaming now on Netflix.
