Junction 2 festival: Tickets, line-up, set times, weather and everything you need to know

Techno heads will descend upon west London in their thousands this weekend as Junction 2 returns for another year.

The festival, which has expanded from one to two days for 2019, will welcome some of the finest DJs in the scene to its now-iconic festival site.

Its five stages are among the most versatile in London — one is tucked beneath a motorway bridge, while others are hidden within recreated warehouses and lush woodland — with line-ups across all of them that will rival any dance music festival in the city.

This is everything you need to know about Junction 2.

What dates is Junction 2 festival?

The festival will take place across two days, June 7 and 8. Things kick off on both days at midday, with last entry at 6pm.

Where is Junction 2 festival?

Boston Manor Park in west London. It’s a lovely green space and part of the grounds that sit around Boston Manor, a 17th-century stately home. There is a massive M4 motorway bridge that cuts through it, too — which allows for some pretty unique stage set-ups within the festival.

Who’s on the line-up for Junction 2 festival?

This year, Junction 2 is set to deliver what looks to be its best line-up yet. It features a lot of big-hitters from the world of techno, though there's plenty of variety too.

The all-conquering Bicep headline on Friday, seeing out the day on the main stage. It was a huge year for them in 2018, and they’ve carried all of that momentum into 2019. Expect big things from them at Junction 2. Elsewhere, Ricardo Villalobos will play back-to-back with Craig Richards — it won’t quite be for the eight-or-so hours they usually manage when they link up in Fabric, but it’s bound to be a blast. Hunee, Daniel Avery, Call Super and Shanti Celeste are among the other highlights on a massive opening day.

On Saturday, the last six hours on the main stage will be seen to by Maceo Plex and Tale Of Us, first playing two separate sets and then joining forces for a massive B2B to see out the festival. Over on the Bridge stage, Drumcode boss Adam Beyer brings his full-blooded sound, while Belgian powerhouse Amelie Lens headlines The Warehouse. Sonja Moonear entering the booth alongside Nicolas Lutz at the Woods stage is not to be missed.

The full line-ups for both Friday and Saturday can be found here.
