The line-up shows Batman (Ben Affleck), Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot), Aquaman (Jason Momoa), The Flash (Ezra Miller) and Cyborg (Ray Fisher) gazing intently at something in the distance.

Notably absent from the image is Superman (Henry Cavill), after he was previously missing from the trailer for the film. You'll see that we have some theories about why that might be.

Fans reacted to the new poster with pure delight:

Justice League's all-star cast will also feature Amy Adams as Lois Lane, Willem Dafoe as Nuidis Vulko, Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor, Jeremy Irons as Alfred Pennyworth, Diane Lane as Martha Kent, Connie Nielsen as Queen Hippolyta and JK Simmons as Commissioner Gordon.

It will see Batman and Wonder Woman assemble a team consisting of Flash, Aquaman and Cyborg to face the catastrophic threat of Steppenwolf and his army of Parademons.

Justice League is due for release on November 17 this year, following Wonder Woman's arrival on June 2. Individual films will also be coming up for Aquaman and Cyborg in 2018 and 2020 respectively.
