Scarlett visits Justin at home to drop back his car. He assures her that no-one is looking for her and he reckons she's in the clear. The next day, Justin is concerned to find Scarlett in the bar drunk as she struggles on the first anniversary of her son's death.
Scarlett ends up waking up hungover and alone in someone else's bed. She pulls a wallet out of some pants on the floor and checks the driver's licence. Her eyes widen when she realises it's Justin's. Scarlett is left with no memory of what happened last night, but she is clearly under the impression that she slept with Justin.
