Justin Bieber Covers The Beatles ‘Let It Be’ At His Acoustic Show In Toronto

Justin Bieber’s intimate acoustic show at Toronto’s Danforth Music Hall, which was billed as ‘An Evening With Justin Bieber’, sold out within minutes after it was announced last week.

The lucky 1,500 ticket holders were treated to a showcase of the singers abilities on Monday night - and Biebs answered some of their questions too, which included the all-important: “What’s your favourite candy?”

While he performed some of his own pop hits and Christmas songs much to his fans delight, he also covered Drake’s ‘Hotline Bling’ and The Beatles classic track ‘Let It Be’, which he played on his grand piano.

The 21-year old has been travelling non-stop to promote his new album ‘Purpose’ but he didn’t appear jet-lagged. In fact, with just an acoustic guitar or piano to back him, his full vocal ability was on display.

The money raised from the sale of the concert tickets is going towards Stratford House of Blessing, a non-profit his mother once used in their hometown which offers food, clothing and other resources to low income families and individuals.

So in addition to fund-raising for an incredible cause, the attendees received 85 minutes worth of complete entertainment - Double win!

Bieber has announced the dates for his upcoming Purpose World Tour but he is already dominating the charts with his new singles as he recently replaced himself at Number One in the Official UK Singles Chart - a record that has previously only been held by The Beatles and Elvis Presley.

Justin Bieber’s ‘Love Yourself’ currently sits at the Number One spot in the UK, replacing last week’s chart-topper ‘Sorry’ - The only thing that Bieber might be sorry for is the fact that no one else seems to stand a chance of claiming #1!
