Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez 'back together'

They dated on an off from 2011 to 2015 and if recent reports are anything to go by, Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez are “back together”.

The Never Say Never hitmaker and the 25-year-old singer are said to have reconciled after her 10-month relationship with The Weeknd “fizzled out”.

An insider told Us Weekly magazine: “Selena and Justin are back together.

“Selena and The Weeknd just fizzled and ended amicably – it wasn’t dramatic and it wasn’t about Justin. But Selena always had feelings for Justin.”

However, Selena’s pals are said to be hoping she treads carefully with the 23-year-old star because she is “in a good place” after undergoing a kidney transplant.

The insider added: “Her friends want her to be cautious because she has been in such a good place post-surgery.”

Justin’s confidante, Carl Lentz, senior pastor at Hillsong Church, is said to have encouraged the pair to become friends again “at least”.

A source close to the pop star told The Sun Online: “He has been going to church every week and spends all his time with his pastor Carl Lentz – Carl has been encouraging ‘reconciliation’ between the two – to heal their friendship at least.

“Justin basically has been asking her for her forgiveness this whole time.”

This comes after Selena and The Weeknd – whose real name is Abel Tesfaye – called time on their 10-month romance last month.

A source close to the situation recently revealed it was the I Feel It Coming hitmaker who instigated their split, but their separation is said to be completely unrelated to Selena hanging out with Justin once again.
