Kanye West is said to have bought the rights to a photo of Whitney Houston’s drug-filled bathroom.

The Gold Digger rapper is reported to have spent $85,000 on the photo that shows the late singer’s drug-ridden bathroom so Pusha T could use it for his album cover.

The photo itself is said to be from the most intense period of Houston’s drug addiction in 2006, and was subsequently purchased by West during time working on his friend’s album and was unsatisfied by the album cover artwork.

‘He wasn’t feeling it,’ revealed Pusha T to DJ Angie Martinez.

‘The [original] artwork was pictures that we all agreed on,’ he said, confirming West was the one who picked it out.

‘We picked the pictures. Great. We love it. Everything is good,’ the rapper said about his album Daytona, until West decided to take creative control.

Pusha T hasn’t always seen eye-to-eye with West, either. Speaking about West’s political beliefs and recent controversies, he openly says that the pair disagree on plenty, referring tohis recent comments on Trump and slavery: ‘It’s just another one of many things we disagree on. We disagree all the time. It’s just a stance that I have. I’m totally against it’.

West received huge backlash recently when he was pictured wearing a Make America Great Again cap and expressed his support for current president Donald Trump. Furthermore, he made some divisive comments to TMZ when he described slavery as a choice, prompting people to call for Adidas to drop him and for a boycott of his music.
