Kanye West has claimed that Jennifer Aniston is “shook” after she urged fans not to vote for the rapper in the forthcoming US election.

Last week, the Friends actor revealed that she had voted early for Joe Biden and Kamala Harris on 3 November and said that it was “not funny” to vote for independent candidate West.

“Vote for equal human rights, for love, and for decency,” Aniston commented. “P.S. It’s not funny to vote for Kanye. I don’t know how else to say it. Please be responsible.”

On Tuesday (26 October) morning, West responded by sharing a screenshot of a Vanity Fair article about Aniston’s comments on Twitter (via Page Six).

“Wow that Rogan interview got em shook,” he wrote, in reference to his recent three-hour interview with podcaster Joe Rogan. “Let's gooooooooo.”

West’s tweet has since been deleted.

Appearing on The Joe Rogan Experience, West opened up about his controversial appearance at a political rally in South Carolina earlier this year during which he claimed that he and his wife, Kim Kardashian-West, initially planned on aborting their first child, North.

Speaking about the incident, West said: “I’m Christian so I’m pro-life. When I go into office, I’m not changing laws because I realise we live in an imperfect world.”

The rapper is still continuing with his bid for the US presidency, despite polling at just two per cent.

He missed several deadlines to appear on the ballot in key states after failing to hand in the documents required to register in time.
