Jordan Peele has said Kanye West’s tweets have "inspired" him to write Get Out 2.

The horror director was left amused after the American rapper tweeted a photograph of an empty corridor as part of a bizarre string of tweets.

The Gold Digger singer captioned the photograph: “Does this look like a sunken place?”

Peele was humoured by the reference and took to Twitter to respond to the photographs that followed of the “sunken place.”

Replying to West, he said: “*Gets inspired. *Starts writing ‘Get Out 2’”

The sequel to the 2017 thriller is yet to be confirmed by Peele.

The news comes after 40-year-old West tweeted in support of Donald Trump, hailing him a “brother.”

He said the "mob" cannot make him "not love him".

West initially tweeted to his more than 18 million followers: "You don't have to agree with trump but the mob can't make me not love him. We are both dragon energy.

"He is my brother. I love everyone. I don't agree with everything anyone does. That's what makes us individuals. And we have the right to independent thought."
