This week Apprentice reject Selina Waterman-Smith hit back at the hit BBC program saying that the winner is decided before filming even starts and that the whole thing is a fix.

However, speaking to The Mirror, Alan Sugar’s aide Karren Brady dismissed Selina’s claims.

“When I go into the board room with Alan and Claude and we have a task I don’t know who is going so I can assure you there is nothing fixed about The Apprentice,” she says, adding:

“The whole process is organic - there is no autocue or scripts it all evolves as it happens and I don’t know how anyone can say it’s fixed.

“Alan is the sole decision maker - it’s his personal money that he puts into the business and he goes into partnership with them 50/50 and our job is to advise and that’s a huge responsibility.”

In tweets that were later deleted business hopeful Selina said she is convinced the show is far from as it seems and the winner is decided from the off.

She later told The Sun: “I thought The Apprentice was a genuine business show, but now I know it’s just a Big Brother with business attached,’ she raged. ‘It’s all a total farce.”

Earlier this week, she took to social media again to explain why she declined the chance to appear on the spin off show You’re Fired saying that she the producers were ‘disengenous to her’.

“I just watched The Apprentice and yes, I have been fired. Basically, I’m not featured on You’re Fired this year as everybody knows. That’s largely due to some issues I had with the production company on the show, some of the stories they released about me into the press,” she said.
