Kate Garraway lands in VERY awkward position on GMB

Kate Garraway certainly kept Good Morning Britain fans entertained today (December 15).

The presenter, along with showbiz guru Richard Arnold, decided it would be a great idea to try to attempt the Strictly Come Dancing core challenge live on the programme.

Joe McFadden and Katya Jones demonstrated the complicated move during their routine last week.

Following their performance, the stunt started trending on Twitter, which prompted the presenters to give it a go.

However, Kate and Richard learnt the hard way that the challenge is a lot harder than it looks.

As she tried to lean back while holding his legs up against her torso, lifting his body off the floor, Kate lost her balance.

"I'm not secure, I'm not secure," she shouted, before crash landing on her back with Richard on top of her.

As he tried to stand up, Richard ended up in some very peculiar positions, as the likes of Charlotte Hawkins and Ben Shephard tried to contain their laughter.
