Kate Garraway certainly kept Good Morning Britain fans entertained today (December 15).

The presenter, along with showbiz guru Richard Arnold, decided it would be a great idea to try to attempt the Strictly Come Dancing core challenge live on the programme.

Joe McFadden and Katya Jones demonstrated the complicated move during their routine last week.

Following their performance, the stunt started trending on Twitter, which prompted the presenters to give it a go.

However, Kate and Richard learnt the hard way that the challenge is a lot harder than it looks.
