The Princess of Wales has been actively involved in preparing for a key event in the Royal diary, her much-anticipated annual Christmas carol service.

Kate was mentioned in the Court Circular following a meeting at Windsor Castle on Tuesday to discuss the upcoming event with her team and representatives from her Royal Foundation.

This marks only the fourth occasion she has appeared in the Court Circular, the formal record of Royal duties, since her health concerns related to cancer emerged at the beginning of the year.

The festive service is set to take place at Westminster Abbey for the fourth consecutive year and will be televised on ITV on Christmas Eve.

The princess is expcted to host the service, as has been customary in past years, and it is expected that she will be accompanied by her husband, their children, and other royals.

She recently shared the news of finishing her chemotherapy in an intimate video featuring her family, expressing her commitment to "doing what I can to stay cancer free".

In the heartfelt video, the family is seen enjoying time outdoors, with the couple embracing and holding hands.

This recent meeting follows another from last week and signifies a gradual move towards Kate resuming her full schedule of Royal commitments eventually.

The princess had been undergoing treatment for an unspecified type of cancer since late February, while the King started his cancer treatment earlier in the same month after being diagnosed with an enlarged prostate.

Despite undergoing treatment, Kate has been quietly working behind the scenes, meeting with her staff and representatives from the Royal Foundation Centre for Early Childhood, although these engagements were not officially recorded.

She made appearances at the King's birthday parade, also known as Trooping the Colour, in June, and in July she presented the men's Wimbledon final trophy to Carlos Alcaraz. Both of these events were noted in the Court Circular.
