Rio Ferdinand and his wife Kate have revealed the sex of their baby.
Posting on Instagram, they both shared a sweet set of pictures of Rio's children jumping for joy surrounded by blue confetti.
"It's a boy," Kate wrote alongside some blue heart emojis. "Me and tia are outnumbered," she added.
Rio added: "It's a BOY!!! The Boys ruling this house #love."
The couple recently announced they were expecting their first child together later this year.
"We got our wish, another Ferdinand en route!!" Rio wrote on his Instagram at the time.
"@xkateferdinand I can't wait to go through this whole pregnancy together and then bring our little human into this world."
The former Manchester United defender is already a dad to sons Lorenz and Tate, and daughter Tia from his marriage to Rebecca Ellison.
She sadly passed away in 2015 at the age of 34 after being diagnosed with breast cancer.
Rio and Kate, who married in 2019, documented their journey to becoming a step-family and dealing with grief in a BBC documentary.
Former TOWIE star Kate, who left the ITVBe reality show to help Rio raise the kids, said in the show that they "needed help".
"There must be other people who are going through what we're going through and are struggling to cope," she said.
"We don't want to wake up one day and say, 'We done that wrong' or the kids be unhappy. It's about the kids, and us... as a five."
Rio added: "You do need help. You need people that have walked that path a little bit as well, to help guide and give you that experience.
"Emotionally, it's hard, man."
