Price, 43, had been due to marry the car salesman, 33, later this year but they reportedly called off the wedding following accusations that she had cheated on him.
Now the pair have now been seen pulling their luggage through the airport and holding hands in the airport terminal before embarking on a flight for the Easter bank holiday.
They were seen in pictures taken at Gatwick Airport obtained by The Mirror.
Woods also took to Instagram to post a selfie alongside the caption: “Catch flights.”
To which a fan responded, “Your on my sons flight, he has just seen you both.”
Price has yet to comment about going on holiday on her Instagram.
The Standard has approached Katie Price and Carl Woods’ representatives for further comment.
“Carl believes Katie went behind his back with another man. He lashed out in a series of texts and accused her of lying to him and using her pals to hide the phone number of the man he thinks she’s been seeing,” a source told The Sun.
“He branded her ‘a cheat and a player’ and told her he has had enough. He feels he can no longer trust her and it’s the end of the road.”
The Standard approached representatives for the couple at the time.
However, the mother-of-five has fuelled rumours the pair are still together after being pictured with her engagement ring on in recent weeks.
The pair have also “liked” each other’s pictures on Instagram.
They first started dating in June 2020 after they were introduced through a mutual friend.
The couple declared it was love and got engaged 10 months later in April 2021.
They have tattoos of each other’s faces inked on their bodies and openly discussed their desire to have a baby together.
