Katie Price has come under fire for allegedly showing a public audience a sex video of her former husband Alex Reid.

During a recent appearance on Celebrity Big Brother’s spin-off show Bit on the Side, the Loose Women presenter, 39, reportedly showed the audience a clip of her ex, 42, in a compromising sexual position, according to the Sun.

Metro reported that, after speaking to Herts police, a complaint had been made regarding the incident: ‘Officers are investigating an allegation of harassment through the disclosure of a private act, which is reported to have occurred at Elstree Film Studios in Borehamwood between 10.30pm and 11pm on Tuesday, January 9,’ and that ‘Enquiries are on-going and it would be inappropriate to comment any further at this stage.’

Price is said to have shown audience members a glimpse of her phone which contained footage of Reid in drag and engaging with a sex toy. The shocking news comes just as the star lobbied MPs over the online bullying of son Harvey, 15.

At present, it’s unclear whether Reid himself or a member of the audience made the complaint. Only last year did the former model reveal that she has shown friend intimate videos of Reid but would never do so in a public capacity.

One audience witness said: ‘She had asked us if we wanted to see it, and none of us replied.’

‘We all watched it, but we didn’t react,’ they went on the say. ‘No one was laughing or cheering her on or anything like that.’

‘We didn’t want to encourage her.’

Only last July did Price say how she had media relating to the cage fighter still in her possession: ‘Now, with Alex Reid, for example, the amount of stories he’s done on me, but he forgets what videos and pictures I have of him.’

The pair were married in Las Vegas in February of 2010, but split up and went their separate ways by January 2011.

Yahoo Celeb has reached out to Katie Price for comment.
