Katie Price shares plans for unique wedding after getting engaged to Carl Woods

Katie Price has revealed she is planning a totally unique wedding after getting engaged to Carl Woods.

It will be former glamour model Price's fourth wedding, but she claims that what she is planning has never been done before and that this is the marriage that will last.

Talking to OK! about her wedding planning, she said: "It won’t be a bog-standard affair or boring. Put it this way, the wedding I want, if you googled it, no one has done it before."

Asked whether her tough recovery from breaking both feet in an accident would stop her walking down the aisle, Price teased: "Who said I’ll be walking down the aisle? I’m not revealing anything but, put it this way – it will be an entrance and a half!"

She said the guest list would focus on family and close friends, saying it wouldn't include "wall-to-wall celeb faces or opening-of-an-envelope guests" and said that for the first time she planned to change her name, legally becoming Katie Woods.

Mum-of-five Price, who has made no secret of wanting to have more children with Woods, hinted that she may already be pregnant.

On whether she would want to be pregnant at the wedding, the 42-year-old questioned how anyone knew she wouldn't be.

Price shared that Woods had bought the engagement ring, which he described as "eye-wateringly" expensive, out of his own money and said he had asked both of her parents, as well as her 15-year-old son Junior, for their blessing before he popped the question.

She said she wanted to get married this year in part to make sure that her mum, who has a chronic lung condition, was able to enjoy it, and added that she was happy her mum had finally seen her find the right person, saying "it’s given her peace of mind".

Price has previously been married to Peter Andre, Alex Reid and Kieran Hayler. She has children Junior and Princess from her marriage to Andre, Bunny and Jett from her marriage to Hayler, and eldest son Harvey from a relationship with Dwight Yorke.
