Chaos will ALWAYS ensue whenever Keith Lemon appears on This Morning, especially when his mates Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield are presenting.

And today was no different, with Keith explaining how he came to be in an unfortunate fight with Celebrity Big Brother's Spencer Pratt.

Hear exactly what was going on here:

Lemon said: "Oh we were having a playfight and it got out of hand."

But there was more to it, of course – there always is when Spencer is involved.

The Celebrity Juice host revealed: "[Spencer] says he's a media whore. Can I say 'whore' through the day?" with Holly replying: "I think you just did!"

Keith continued: "He said, 'Let's get some press' so he started pushing me around and that's what happened."

There had already been a bit of discussion over Keith's resemblance to a certain soap hardman in the picture of the fight.

As it was shown to viewers at home, Holly said: "Oh your face!" and a shocked Phillip added: "You look like Phil Mitchell!"

Keith hit back: "Don't say I look like Phil Mitchell because every time someone says I look like Phil Mitchell, I mute them. Or anyone's fat dad with a beard, I mute them..."

Phillip defended the comparison, saying: "But you're bright red and your face is all puffed up," as the presenters were left in hysterics.

Keith also hinted at a return of The Keith and Paddy Picture Show before his co-star Paddy McGuinness crawled onto the This Morning set and told him: "Don't mention the Picture Show! We're in talks!"

Make it happen, ITV.

This Morning airs weekdays on ITV at 10.30am.
