Kelly Brook had quite the tale to tell about her and beau Jeremy Parisi's experience in a rather unusual hotel during their stint on Celebrity Race Across the World. The couple got a surprise when they realised their accommodation was stocked with adult amenities something Kelly, no stranger to turning heads herself, shrugged off by pointing out that taking a refreshing shower trumped any intimate activities.

The 44 year old model recalled: "Having a shower was much more important than us having sex." She went on to describe how their misjudged booking led them to a love hotel in Brazil, where privacy is paramount and breakfast comes through a hatch, noting wryly: "We didn't realise that a motel in Brazil is sex hotel.

"I thought it would be like a Premier Inn but then we realised we were in a hotel where people take their mistresses. You don't see anyone... they even pass your breakfast through a hatch."

In addition to her unexpected hotel review, Kelly also shared a quirky snippet from her earlier years she once considered a life of piety as a nun after being enchanted by an advertisement at a cathedral next door to her work. Yet, she joked about the hiccup in her potential path to the convent: "I worked next to a cathedral. There was a big advert there to sign up to be a nun and it sounded lovely."

She clarified with characteristic humour: "I thought all they do is garden and bake and pray, which is a bit like meditation. I thought I could 100% be a nun, then I realised I wasn't a virgin," reports the Mirror.

In the show, Kelly and Jeremy, along with rival teams including TV personality Jeff Brazier and son Freddie, Radio 2 stalwart Scott Mills with his husband Sam, and 'Ted Lasso' actor Kola Bokinni with cousin Mary Ellen Moriarty, embark on a journey across South America.

And Kelly has high hopes for public affection towards the judo champion Jeremy, adding fondly: "Jeremy is very quiet, shy and private which is the opposite of me. He is such a beautiful person and so sweet.

"I knew I could push his buttons on the show and he'd still be classy. Last week, a group of women screamed, ran across to mob him and elbowed me out of the way which was so funny. I think he secretly likes it."

Kelly described the series, saying: "I wanted to be young and adventurous again. It was a lot harder than we expected but we'd give anything to be back there now. It was so epic. I am really happy about how we finished the race still married."
