Yahoo News Kelly Clarkson Says She's Done Being Pregnant After Her Second Child
Kelly Clarkson is perfectly content with a family of six.
In a new radio interview with Australia's KIIS FM, the 33-year-old singer -- who's been open in the past about her difficult pregnancies -- says she's done giving birth after baby number two. Clarkson is already a mother to her daughter, 1-year-old River Rose, and a step-mom to her husband Brandon Blackstock's two children from his previous marriage.
"Oh, no, we are done," Clarkson stresses when asked about having more children. "Oh good Lord, yes, I can't be pregnant again. This will be our number four total, so we're good."
The original American Idol champ says her second pregnancy has been even more difficult than her first.
"Honestly, the first one was really rough, and I was like, 'Oh, it can't happen again,' and no it happened, like, way worse this time," Clarkson reveals, adding that her ailment is "100 times worse" than morning sickness. "I just get hospitalized, and I have to get fluids. It's just, like, my body was not made to be pregnant."
"I wish I was like the girl that ... it's beautiful, but it's not," she adds.
Clarkson says she's just weeks away from giving birth, and reveals she recently had quite the scare during her appearance on the Ellen DeGeneres Show!
"I was actually really nervous, we were taping Ellen, and I was, like, 'Oh my gosh, what if my water breaks," she laughs. "I was just very nervous."
Last December, Clarkson revealed that she suffers from hyperemesis gravidarum, a condition characterized by severe nausea, vomiting, weight loss and dehydration.
"I have this thing, like one percent of women get, it's called hyperemesis," Kelly told 103.7's Leigh Ann & Courtney Uncorked. "It's horrible. It's like the darkest places I've ever been in my life."
"I'm familiar with all day sickness," she also told CBS This Morning last November. "It's pretty bad. I have to get IVs and fluids, I get so dehydrated. It's really bad."

Clarkson recently stunned American Idol viewers with her emotional performance of her song "Piece by Piece," which brought judge Keith Urban to tears.
"The song, it's insane. I figure you're either crying at this performance or you need to check your pulse," Urban exclusively told ET about his candid reaction. "It's an amazing song."
"I was starting to wonder if maybe I was [pregnant] too," Urban also joked.
