Kelvin Fletcher and his wife Liz Marsland have revealed they are expecting twins.

The Emmerdale actor - who won Strictly Come Dancing in 2019 - are already parents to Marnie and Milo and recently moved to start a new family life on a farm in The Peak District.

Fletcher, 38, told BBC Breakfast: "We just recently found out, to add another curveball if you like.

"We don't really do things by halves and then we found out we're having not just one baby, but two."

"So, we're having twins. It was an absolute eye-opener.

"So, come May, we'll be delivering lambs for the first time. I'm not going to be delivering babies as such but it is going to be a really busy time."

"Yeah, we'll have four children."

The couple - who met as children only to reunite around 10 years ago - announced in December that they were expecting another child together.

The family are documenting their new life in BBC show Kelvin’s Big Farming Adventure.

The family's six-part farming documentary series, filmed last summer, sees them building a new life in the countryside.

Marsland said: "That was a bit of a worry because it's a new place, new school, new people.

"At first it was just a huge playground for them. And now Marnie knows all the responsibilities, she knows what needs doing, show knows that this is a job now and we've got all these animals that we ahve to look after.

"Even Milo, he's three-years-old and he's doing all the sheep whistling, getting them into the fields. What they're learning - that's one of our proudest moments, seeing them grow into this life."
