Eliza was pictured without the ring days after the former Emmerdale actor and professional dancer went for drinks at a central London hotel.
In an Instagram post shared on Tuesday evening, Eliza insisted there was “no drama” and that she simply wasn’t wearing her wedding ring because it is “heavy”.

Kelvin and Eliza married in 2015, and have two children; Marnie, three, and Milo, one.
After he was crowned champ of the BBC One dance show last year, Kelvin has been on the road on the Strictly tour.
He is partnered with Janette Manrara as Oti films The Greatest Dancer, which she is a judge on.
Kelvin joined the show just days before it began, replacing injured Made In Chelsea star Jamie Laing.
Following his win he thanked Oti for “the most amazing experience of my life,” saying: “I think this show represents everything that is amazing with this country, I think the people personify what is great and it’s just been an absolute privilege.”
Oti, who is married to Romanian dancer Marius Lepure, told him: “I’ve been on this show for five years and I have never ever met any celeb who gives his heart, his soul… for me that is the best gift and the best ending to my year.”

Jurgen Klopp has admitted his Liverpool side were far from their best in their opening-day draw against Fulham. The Reds, who came second in the Premier League last season, were heavy favourites against their newly-promoted opposition but could have easily lost the game."We are used to more dominance and we never could get that because we just played not good enough, not quick enough, not precise enough, all these kinds of things," Klopp said. He also suggested dropping two points is "punishment" for the poor performance.
France on Sunday braced for a fourth heatwave this summer as its worst drought on record left parched villages without safe drinking water and farmers warned of a looming milk shortage in the winter. Prime Minister Elisabeth Borne's office has set up a crisis team to tackle a drought that has forced scores of villages to rely on water deliveries by truck, prompted state-run utility EDF to curb nuclear power output and stressed crops. National weather agency Meteo France said it was the worst drought since records began in 1958 and that the drought was expected to worsen until at least the middle of the month.
