Kendrick Lamar has been revealed as the latest headliner for BST Hyde Park.

The American rap supremo will headline the concert series on Sunday July 5, in what will be his first London show in more than two years.

Lamar will be supported by electronic artist James Blake and former Alabama Shakes frontwoman Brittany Howard, with more acts to be announced soon.

It is the latest in a string of European dates announced by Lamar — who is strongly rumoured to be the third and final headliner of this year’s Glastonbury.

The London date will be his second time performing at BST Hyde Park, having previously supported Florence and the Machine in 2016.

Taylor Swift, Little Mix, Pearl Jam, Pixies and more are among the other acts set to appear as part of the gig series this summer.
